In the course directory for 150075 VO Intercultural Negotiation Patterns it says "online-Anmeldung" but there is no link or further instruction, can somebody advise on how to register for this course??

Hi!
You do not need to register for participating in the lecture, only for the exam. The registration for the exam will open later in the semester and you do not need to allocate points for that.
